Challenge
Establish Zen Studios as a new voice in RPG development when, historically, the team was known for pinball.
Execution
We debuted a mini-docuseries on RPG development, connecting new Zen Studios games with classic games and their groundbreaking design ideas. At the same time, we converted game assets to usable DnD materials and developed blog content around the Zen Studios RPG design philosophy. These efforts led to several GOG placements, a feature in GamesIndustry.biz, and an anchor promotion with DriveThruRPG.
Challenge
Build a pipeline of repeatable fundraising events on the popular gaming platform Twitch to feed children in need.
Execution
Working closely with our network of streamers, game developers, game publishers, and gaming brands, we built four events in 2020, each designed to test traction for the No Kid Hungry mission in key gaming communities, with the end goal of generating enough data and insights to build a full Twitch fundraising plan for 2021. The result? We shattered our initial fundraising goals, generating nearly $160,000 for the charity in 2020.
Challenge
Unify a wide array of vendors into a singular marketing strategy with insights into trackable performance.
Execution
We built a dashboard for all vendor data and established a system for attributing leads to key sources, giving the client more clarity into what marketing initiatives drove measurable business results. At the same time, we launched a grassroots marketing campaign designed to engage prospects at the local community level with the Dugan & Associates brand, setting records for brand engagement on social media.
